I
started running in 1984 at noon to get some exercise and
to get a break from the office. In 1987 when working in
the Middle East I was introduced to Hashing (a worldwide
organization with the motto "Drinkers with a Running Problem")
and started to participate in this "sport". In 2000 I decided
for some unknown reason to enter the Tucson Marathon. I
ran that race and loved every minute of it. From that time
on some might say it got out of hand, as I now participate in 50 and 100 mile races.
